Cape Rum

 Production and tasting notes

Distilled in small batches from blackstrap molasses. Fermented with tropical yeast strains to maximise fruity esters, and deep tropical flavours.

A hard spice entry unfolds towards spun sugar, finishing with dark cacao and roast pineapple on the palate


Hints of pineapple and litchi skin on the nose, drifting deeper towards cacao and toasted coconut aromas.

Each bottle meticulously branded and labelled by hand with the same care with which it is distilled.
